STIRLING SOTHEBY’S INTERNATIONAL REALTY TO HOST ABSOLUTE AUCTION OF 44 CONDOMINIUMS AT COASTAL CREEK IN JACKSONVILLE ON MAR. 15 Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty, which recently completed two major condominium auctions in Naples and New Smyrna Beach that raised more than $12 million, will auction off 44 condominiums on Saturday, Mar. 15, at Coastal Creek Condominium, a gated riverfront community located at 3434 Blanding Blvd. in Jacksonville. Roger Soderstrom, owner and founder of Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty, said the absolute auction features no reserve and no minimum bid. As many as 200 bidders from throughout the U.K., Europe, Canada and North America are expected to participate in person, by telephone or live online, Soderstrom said. Soderstrom said Coastal Creek Condominium fronts on the Cedar River with nearby access to the St. Johns River. A 44-slip marina at Coastal Creek offers 20 boat slips that will be auctioned during the event. One, two and three-bedroom condominiums with one or two baths will be auctioned, Soderstrom said. Condominium units at Coastal Creek Condominium were previously priced from the $130’s to the mid-$200’s. The auction will commence at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Mar. 15.
